Job Title: Radiator Technician
Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday to Friday 0700 – 1700

Pay: £13ph - £15ph depending on experience
Location: Norwich NR9

Own transport required due to site location.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Radiator Technician to join our clients operations team. The role involves general production tasks including the repair and assembly of diesel engine radiators and related components. Additional responsibilities include sheet metal work, welding, soldering, brazing, spraying, and general labouring duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all health and safety practices and company risk assessments.
• Repair and build diesel engine radiators and related products to meet production requirements.
• Follow technical drawings and work instructions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Perform tasks such as welding, soldering, and general fabrication as required.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and housekeeping.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Works Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with heavy or industrial equipment/materials.
• Previous experience in an assembly plant or similar production environment is desirable.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to undertake further training aligned with business needs.
